2. Purpose of the Website
The purpose of the Website is the professional presentation of Alejo Leal Martín: professional background, practice areas, publications and academic work in the field of real estate law, together with a contact channel and informative materials, including a downloadable curriculum vitae.
The Website may include study and self-assessment tools of an informative nature (such as the California Bar Exam question bank). These tools are intended solely for educational purposes and do not constitute official material of any examination or examining body.
The information published on the Website is general and informative in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Consulting it does not create any attorney-client relationship, which will arise only upon the express acceptance of a professional engagement by means of the corresponding engagement letter. Sending an e-mail to the addresses published here does not, in itself, create such a relationship either.
